Rodgers Forge Apartments

I have lived here for 10 months now, and I have loved every moment of it. Compared to other apartments in Towson that my friends live in - this one is by far the nicest !!! Whenever we hang out everyone wants to come here because its so nice and quiet and really more of an townhome feel than terrible college apartments that feel like a dorm. I havent had any mold, any mice, or any complaints! they actually just replaced our windows and blinds! Anyone coming to the Towson area I recommend this neighborhood to its very close to Towson University, to the mall, its nice and quiet, and really gives an at home feel.

Please do not be fooled by the model apartment they show you. Mold will grow on your windows within 1 month of living here. You will absolutely have mice in your apartment. Noise travels through the apartment so easily that you can hear the neighbors flushing their toilet and conversations through the walls. Appliances won't function properly. HVAC units are old and your bills for a small apartment will be astronomical. If you seek out a resolution, all you'll hear is, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do." Spend less money elsewhere and get a better apartment! Please!

Lots of promised renovations like a pool and a gym that never happen. Takes forever to get maintenance to come out and then they rarely seem to have the skills to fix the problem. It can take weeks for what should be an easy fix. Plus they do minimal upkeep to the grounds, looks dirty. However, they can always get more university students to fill apartments so it doesn't seem to matter to them if residents are satisfied. I've been spoken to rudely after staff have not done their job. They act like it's unreasonable of me to ask to have your place fixed so that it is livable.The main upside is the location.

The management company is horrible! They never follow throug. They have made a few cosmetic updates, mostly to their leasing offices but overall not much. Promised a new recreation facility and pool over a year ago but that hasnt happened! They rent continually goes up but the amenenities dont change. Dont get me started on the lack luster maintenance team. If I could afford to break my lease and move I would!
