The landscaping is beautiful and peaceful with wonderful views from our apartment facing woods. Everyone that I have dealt with in the office and maintenance, Tia, Rosanna, Janese, Pepe have always been friendly and accommodating and I look forward to many happy years here! There are some flaws inside the apartment, paint chipping, cracks in the walls, overall wear and tear. But it is absolutely livable and enjoyable for the most part. The outside is a little less taken care of. Trash and dog poop is a common but the layout of the ground and amenities are wonderful.Anonymous

- Previous Management CompanyMarch 29, 2019Like split level layout and maintenance issues are usually resolved quickly. However, I think the trash situation is atrocious. If a resident is without a vehicle it is virtually impossible for them to get to the dumpsters. I have never lived anywhere where there are not dumpsters near every few apartment buildings. There is often trash all over the road and sidewalks near the dumpsters A few months ago I fell and got seriously injured taking my trash to the dumpsters Since then I have been getting someone else to take my trash there or have disposed of it elsewhere on my way to work.Anonymous

- Previous Management CompanyApril 18, 2018When my family and I first moved in (we've been living here for over 20 years), things were wonderful. It was a community and the property was well kept and maintained. While the property itself is in decent conditions, please be aware - the office staff has gone downhill considerably. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I've never experienced anything like it. I would not recommend living here, unless you are comfortable putting up money for very very sub-par customer service. It is not friendly, there are several individuals who are unprofessional when resolving an issue or question for you. You do not feel as though you're treated with respect. The pledge on their website, which they claim to treat guests and residents fairly and honestly, is not practiced. I typically don't leave reviews, however, I felt implored to raise serious red flags about living here so that others might have some insight - this is coming from a long-term resident. If you are interested in being treated with respect, look elsewhere. There are much higher quality apartment homes where you will not only get your money's worth, AND you will feel welcome, included, and happy to live on the property and feel welcome when walking into the "Business Office." I feel as though, as a resident, we are clients, paying our funds for a service. It is unfortunately not so.Anonymous

Perfect suburban setting only 15-20 min from the Inner Harbor. The commute into Baltimore is great because the complex is just inside the I-695 loop and close to route 83. I'm new to Baltimore and I find Bonnie Ridge to fit perfectly into my desire for suburban living close to city amenities.Michelle W.

I feel that this is a good place to raise children, and the children are well-behaved in general. My experience, as a long-time resident, is that the maintenance staff is quick to respond and does outstanding work. Neighbors can be unbelievably noisy. - Previous Management CompanyMarch 01, 2017The space and layout of these apartments are great! However, the quality is not. It's time for a makeover, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The leasing staff are very courteous when touring the community and applying for residency, but that all changes once they take your deposit. I selected an apartment and put a deposit on it to hold it, but as it came time to move in (a week before actually) I received a call that I would not be moving into that unit and instead given a unit that was comparable. No biggie, things happen right, well 3 days before moving in I was informed that this unit was no longer available and I will now be going into another unit which was totally opposite of what I had expressed I originally wanted. Here it is crunch time so I had to roll with the punches as I had nowhere else to go. After a year I decided to renew my lease but I requested a larger unit as my family was growing in size. The unit size was great and the transfer process was even better! But of course it couldn't be so simple. I was offered a move in date that was great as it was a few weeks before I was planning to deliver and it gave me enough time to get things in order before the baby arrives. Unfortunately, I received the call again that my unit would not be ready and instead would be a week later. And then a week later became 2 weeks later, which then became a month later. Obviously I'm extremely frustrated as I have had to reschedule my moving crew 3 times. Things may not have been so bad if I had moved into a brand new apartment since it took so long to prepare or even if I was offered some type of courtesy toward rent, but of course that would be too much like right. This unit is even more raggedy than the first, but I will say it's definitely larger. Needless to say Bonnie Ridge has been a pain in my behind... this will be my last lease. Hopefully those whom I referred are having a much better experience.Anonymous

Being a stay at home mom, it's so nice to have a pool, a gym, and plenty of playgrounds to occupy our time throughout the year. The staff is friendly and accommodating to the residence's needs. - Previous Management CompanyApril 25, 2016Maintenance staff is amazing and they work hard. I always see them cleaning or fixing something or just making improvements in general. We had our heat go out twice in the winter and they were there within an hour to fix it (On New Year's Day no less). They replaced our dishwasher within 10 days, only delayed because of ordering the new one. The amount of work I saw them doing during the snow storms was amazing as well.Anonymous

I had been living in apartments all along and have the worst experience in this Bonnie Ridge Apartments. I have informed the management a number of times with no proper results.
