It seems the only place that is cleaned on a regular time frame is the main lobby. Do they plan on making cleaning for the hall ways on each floor.

Elevators need immediate upgrading!!! Maintenance staff overworked, more staff required !! Car parking entrance needs to be upgraded... easier access rather than silly little key !!!

The heating system of the building is really a problem. We pay 150$ monthly as " Fuel oil" on our bills which is really high. Funny things that the heat system was not working for some really cold days and we needed to turn on our AC and pay electricity bill. This is a real weak management over the heating system. I got frustrated about that.

The internet in the community room is frequently broken. If their is a way to fix that it would be appreciated. Once a week the central heat was not working this winter. The heat in my A/C unit does not work which leaves me with no heat at all.

I disagree with having to pay extra for heat. This should be individualistic. Most times I don't even use my heat and have to pay an extra hundred dollars.

The gas charges are ridiculous, especially as someone who rarely to never turns on their heat. They are very slow getting things done as well, such as the mail boxes which have been "in process" since this summer. The package room is almost never open. Some of the equipment in the rec room has been broken for months.
