HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES..EITHER THEY CANT READ OR THEY ARE BIAS..HAD ME AND A FRIEND ON 30 DAYS HOLD BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY CANNOT VERIFY OUR CRIMINAL HISTORY (Which there is NONE) FROM CALIFORNIA REALLY!!? (out of network)??. Got a copy of the application research request.There is a (out of network pending) statement because my cell phone and home numbers are California and that needed to be verified....That has nothing to do with any criminal investigation info needed... The so called Manager proceed to tell me they are canceling the apt because it's been over 30 days and they have not received my criminal record back from California. REALLY??.. WOW.(again there is NONE).and that if we wanted to re-apply again (another $29)and we get approved we could and would have only 5 days in which to accept the apt..??? REALLY. SO WHAT WOULD MAKE IT DIFFERENT THIS TIME IS MY QUESTION.. But actually there is more but I've decided to acquire an attorney. SOMETHINGS NOT RIGHT WITH THIS PICTURE.. BUT I CAN SAY DON'T YOU DARE MOVE HERE. !!. and that's MY RIGHT TO SAY. .... I'll let the COURT DECIDE this one..!! Thank you for reading ....Take heed people...

I highly commend the cleaning and maintenance staff for their professionalism and hard work. Despite residing here for four years without encountering any issues, I am dissatisfied with the manner in which the Leasing Office manages lease terminations. There was an error in my lease duration; it was intended to be a 11-month lease, but they mistakenly set it for 12 months. As a result, I was charged for the 12 months, and my refundable deposit was also withheld. While the amount of money involved may not be substantial, my numerous calls to the Leasing Office have not resulted in any resolution. Additionally, Metropolitan Central Billing continues to demand payment for the balance due.

I've had a really great experience since I've neenliing here the staff is very responsive. It's super quiet here. They keep the buildings very clean

It's ok. Maintenance concerns still does get addressed in a timely and professional fashion. Never have to keep calling or put in a request over and over to get something fixed, i do still like that about here. But other factors make it not what it used to be as a whole. Rules are just made up as they go along until they fall to the waist side completely. No consistency. What I’m I paying for exactly as the rent rate climbs? Maybe it's apartment living fatigue, idk. My mind is definitely made up for next year.

This place is full of rats and roaches, including actual rats in the apartment units and roaches to describe the people who work in the leasing office.
