I lived in a recently renovated apartment here. Cant say enough great things about the building. The maintenance staff was highly professional and addressed all of my requests as needed. It is a very well run building. The location was also top knotch and seemed really safe. Highly recommend to prospectives looking for a great new apartment.

The Sail Cloth Factory is a great place to live. I feel very safe here and proud to call it home. Recently it underwent extensive renovations so everything looks amazing. My absolute favorite thing about my apartment is that my kitchen is very large. I love to cook so it's perfect. There's a washer & dryer in the unit which is great. I'm not one to schlep to a laundromat, so this was a must. The staff has always been very fast to help me. I have a bad back so they go above and beyond to help me lift things sometimes. I highly recommend it here!

I am really enjoying living in the Sail Cloth Factory. I commute to DC for work and this is very well located by the train for me. I am never here during the day but the maintenance staff is great at fixing any problems, holding packages and assisting on the weekends. My unit was recently updated and definitely stood out when looking at other buildings in the area.

The staff at The Sail Cloth Factory was always warm and fulfilled maintenance requests quickly. I loved having a washer/dryer in-unit and the finishes were modern and high end.

The staff was fantastic, they always new me by name and were always very responsive to any issues. The only reason I left this apartment was I wanted to be more and a neighborhood.
