We've lived in Tindeco for just over a month. So far, we have been very pleased. Tindeco apartments offer(ed) the most functional space as compared to other apartment buildings we looked at in Canton/Fells Point. Good storage, good closet space, spacious living space, etc. I have noticed on cold days that it's hard to keep the apt warm with the large windows, but so far that hasn't been a major issue.

Dont live here- its old and falling apart and crappy maintenance and management. Front desk staff are great but so much turnover. Seems decent, but its not. Worst place Ive ever lived.

Nice being on the water, having the front desk attendant, and the regular activities, such as the holiday brunch. It is frustrating hearing people's dogs bark, which is my biggest complaint.

Most of my experience has been positive with the exception of dealing with the condition of my apt. Apts are undergoing renovations, yet when I inquiry regarding the disgusting carpet to be replaced, I'm told it is in good condition which it clearly is not and my rent is raised instead. I've been here for a few yrs and overall like it with the exception being the responsiveness to update my apt.
