Entire garage is shut down for six months (!!) from June to November 2023, and all residents must park in public parking, with no reduction to the monthly parking fee ($150) despite the (major) inconvenience. This option was chosen over shutting down the garage in sections over the course of 12 months, allegedly to minimize disruption to residents. Residents must now pick up county parking passes on the first of the month, each month, or risk getting a ticket from the city (which will not be reimbursed). Ridiculous decision by Southern Management Company, which potential tenants may want to consider before signing a lease particularly given that there will be (very loud) construction occurring for the foreseeable future, which can be heard throughout the building. There are a lot of other options (with better management) in Bethesda. I will be moving elsewhere at the end of my lease. Do not recommend.

Best Value in Bethesda! I have lived in this building for quite some time. They treat you like family. The service is 5 starts. Yes. it is an older building. But, you get so much more space. Also, unlike some of the newer properties they are not going to jack up your rent as soon as your lease ends. That is very common at some of the newer properties. I lived at another high rise previously (I will not name it here) and as soon as I hit the 1 year mark... They wanted to increase my rent substantially unless I signed a new 2 years lease. (Obviously, they count on you not want to hassle with wanting to move after a year.) So, yes at some of the newer properties you will get more amenities. But, the space/service that you get will not even compare to what you can get at Triangle Towers. So, I don't have the newest fixtures. But, I do have an amazing balcony and tons of closet space and living space. They treat you like family and not like a number. I highly recommend living here.

Triangle Towers office and maintenance staff are the best I've ever interacted with - responsive, thoughtful, friendly, and kind - and I've lived in a lot of DC-area apartment buildings. They are so helpful and welcoming. Hearing friends complain about landlords and rental companies in the DC/Maryland area, I can no longer sympathize because we have been spoiled by the great people at Triangle Towers.

Triangle Towers is more than an apartment building. It is a home that you cannot wait to come home to every night. Every time I visit the laundry room I will be greeted by new friends or members of the working team to ask how I am. Each time I walk by the front desk on my way out, I am asked how I am doing by a member of the night security crew.
