I have only visited someone at this apartment complex twice But when and why do the guest have to pay for OVERNIGHT PARKINGRegardless of the amount you are there to visit someone and if your there after 10:00 pm you have to PAY or get TOWED But on top of that, I downloaded the APP PANGO and paid my $2.80, parking started at 2:40 am.no sooner than walking around to the front of the building my vehicle was TOWED at 2:58 am The reason why is because my TAG was entered incorrectly NO after driving 10+ hours your mind isnt on paying for parking nevertheless making sure theres no typo at 2:40 am in the morningSo YES I paid for parking and was TOWED and when I called the main office this morning the young man names Mike attitude was like one digit off its $175 TOW So I asked to speak with a Manager and he rudely cut me off saying It doesnt matter who you with with and started to call off names , its still going to be a $175 TOW to get you vehicle backWhat a way to RIP-OFF you tenant and their family & friendsI would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to Live HEREBetter yet pull-up and talk with the residents thats there I will be posting this on Social Media

I selected Average as my answer, because we haven't had the upgrades in all the apartments. Also I like the space in the apartment. But I don't like that we as tenants have to pay all of these utilities.

Very unprofessional staff. Over priced. Outdated. Parking situation is ridiculous. Reaction time to maintenance issues is slow.

Water pipes busted and it took forever to get it fixed. The whole living room was flooded and after the maintenance vacuumed the carpet, it still smells like mold. I also had kittens running around in my air vent and a couple weeks later when we turned on the heat, a foul odor was coming through the vent. Ended going to court to try and get a rent escrow against Henson Creek but the judge ruled in their favor since they attempted to fix the situation.

It was a lack of true support from office staff. Basically this is how it went down. I months of service/maintenance request that went unattended. So in part I showed a lack of rental participation on my part. Months later I was told I would not be renewed, cool. But in turn, everything I needed repairs over the months were starting to be repaired, in which most issues were serious matters. So on retrospect, no this is no a good place. Once a week building and grounds cleaning, cats everywhere.
