The Woods at Addison

Woods at Addison is basically a quite neighborhood where the residents look out for each other. As with every neighborhood, you have the occasional loud outbursts and theft. Our property manager has been with us for many years. I am concerned with the rapid turn over of maintenance staff since they have the right to enter an apartment without the resident being home. I wish that I had found a rent controlled apartment building. However, I am enjoying my Woods at Addison family.

Was not really impressed with management because of the untimely responses to request for service and being questioned about requested services needed to keep apartment safe and manageable.

Overall just had a lot of issues with this apartment community but they are trying.

For the most part, it is pretty quiet and whenever there is an issue, they are on top of those issues.

The reason I give them the rating that I have, is because of the wonderful service that you receive, The office management are very thorough in everything that they do, we are always aware of any information that goes on in the complex whether it is activities or meetings. We also have a great maintenance staff who try to fix things in a timely manner.

Woods at Addison is a well kept, QUIET community in an otherwise sketchy general area. The property, apartments and grounds are well maintained. Any time I've submitted work request, they are quickly followed up on by our maintenance team. It feels safe, and a good value among sky high rents. Though reserved parking is available for a fee, open/available spots can be hard to come by at night. New washers/dryers were just installed in the buildings and every building entrance was power washed. I appreciate that mgmt. keeps up the property appearance and amenities. The ladies in the office are always pleasant and helpful.
