Hello, We regret we did not have the Two-Bedroom Apartment nor the Two- or Three-Bedroom Townhome you were looking for. Because our rental rates are low, and our specials are good, the apartments and townhomes are sought after and go quickly. We wish you best of luck in your endeavors.
I've lived there since March 2017 and everything was going okay even during my first couple of weeks there. Wh Read Moreen the weather started to break I've noticed alot of younger kids hanging around outside which did not bother me too much as long as they were not disruptive. even with that its always fairly quiet around the neighborhood. And then there was a couple of times I came in my building and was greeted by the smell of weed and blunt guts and wrappers on the steps. There was even a young girl once sitting on the steps charging her phone in the hallway. That is why I was all for the recent installation of cameras in the building to discourage loitering and mischief. However, what I am not happy about is the company implementing locked buildings now with keys you can not duplicate and are only given to lease holders. I do not think they thought it through with residents who have legit occupants on their lease who may also need a key as well. I have a middle school and high school son who independently go to and from school as well as some other places. I have a full time job and my schedule vary sometimes without much notice. I would have reconsidered signing a lease here if I had knowledge at the time I would have an issue with my children, who are on the lease as occupants, would have issues getting in and out of the home even in cases of emergencies. I am very displeased with this as I am now stuck in a lease and have to figure out how I am going to manuever our schedules when they can't have their own key to get in their own building when they need to

The customer service could be much better and the manager is not very friendly.

The service is great, but there is nothing done pro-actively on behalf of the Township to make us more aware o Read Morer to involve us so that we can be more watchful about criminal activities. To find a parking spot is nearly impossible after 6pm. I don't feel safe at night.
