It was good at the beginning but once you sign a contract, the people at the office treat you like crap. And lately all of a suddenly they start to send due immediately invoices that they cant even explain what is owed. Some people in the office are just extremely rude. There is mice that the maintenance crew cannot get rid of. The cleaning crew puts too much bleach on the stairs and they never clean the carpet in the hallways, which makes it stinky. 1 star is being generous.

Ive lived at several different apartment complexes and theres a reason i returned to saddlebrook. Good management, nice apartments, best value in the area.

I enjoy my community. I appreciate the sense of security that the buildings have. The staff are always pleasant. Except a few minor things, I really enjoy my stay here at Saddlebrook Apartments and I do plan to renew my lease.
