These apartments are terrible. Infested with mice and spiders. Maintenance team is very uneducated and have no clue what they are doing. They are jacking the prices up over here but this place is terrible. People on the rental office are soml rude. Constantly going under nee management and getting new people in the office. They are constantly losing people information. I hate it here. Currently looking to move.

Been living here at these apartments for about two years . I moved here when it was ran by Gates of Hudson Mgmt, now it's ran by Quest Mgmt. Ever since Quest took over anything dealing with a maintenance issue, they take forever fixing/ repairing. They said they put the ticket in for the issue or problem to be fixed. And when the maintenance comes sometimes it will get fixed immediately, or they say they will come back on a certain day an don't show at all. That's unprofessional for real. But the rental office quick to send a notice on your door if your account is not correct, like you owe $30.00 that you made a mistake an thought the entire balance was paid. And they even send you out a court notice. I wouldn't even tell my family or friends about these apartments if they were moving an looking for a apartment to rent. I wouldn't recommend.

I have been a resident since 2013 and I have had several incidents of errors in my accrued charges through the rental office. I have been sued wrongfully at least twice while I have been a resident of Penn Landing. As well, maintenance can be slow to respond to issues. A swimming pool is offered as an amenity, but residents have not have access to the pool since I have lived here. The pool is in some state of repair, but we can never get a approximate date of completion.

I think for me it's a great place to live and the stores are convenient to get to and metro is very convenient and I really like the way they keep the buildings clean every day and how the grounds are being kept up and I like how maintenance takes care of things so you don't have to worry. Also there is a really nice park nearby to go and take your family.
