I was looking to rent here but they tell me one bedroom won't fit a KING size bed. It's kinda of hard to give it 's when I never lived there.

Apartment size is extremely small. Two people cannot be in the kitchen at once. There have been leaks from the apartment above and on the foundation. The AC and washer have both been replaced...which is a good thing. Carpeting is very cheap. The neighborhood has worsened since I moved in.

The building had a roach problem before I moved in that the owners were aware of and failed to disclose. When I informed them of the problem, they did very little in the way of correcting the matter and failed to keep me informed on the situation. I ended up breaking my lease due to the problem.
