This complex was severely overwhelming and over rated. It looks nice, but ends up being a horrible place to call home. The house starts to sink after a while, the floor became no longer flat. They overpriced their rent and didn't have laundry/dryers in home so you had to pay more by going to their laundry mat. There is no dishwasher in home so you have 2 basic appliances, a fridge/freezer and a stove/oven. They deem it a violation to the lease if you own a portable washer/dryer. And lawn maintenance is extremely disrespectful, they will come at early mornings, be extremely loud and will mess up anything you have on your porch or back patio. They had put holes in all of my potted plants with a weed wacker and are overall a disgrace. Extremely overpriced, horrible place to live, and somewhere I would never live again.

I've been working with Maria. Such a sweet and professional person. Ive looked at 2 different units , both were very nice but on tbe small side. Looking for something a little bigger. Will continue looking as more units become available. Nice neighborhood and vary clean. I would recommend and suggest everyone to check out Harford Commobs.

My expectations of Harford Commons before i moved in were very high, by the time i moved out, i was quite disgusted with the service and how the area had dis-integrated. We were living next door to people who were definitely on a substance and who participated in the sale of such. Also, the neighbors were very loud and in the summer, the kids living around us became a nuisance. We had items dis-appear from the back patio area and had rodents in the townhome and even squirrels in the roof.
