They never return phone call or text. I requested a tour and I still havent heard from them. Im not wasting anymore of my time on this place.

I have been calling this place for months and they havent returned a single call. I even went online and requested a tour through their website and still havent seen the inside of a single apartment.

This is an overpriced apartment! We had a had a busted pipe that left a hole in the garage for 6months, 3 weeks no washer/dryer and 2weeks no dishwasher. When they brought the new w/d they made a mess on the carpets. I was told it would be cleaned and never was. We moved in with scratches on the floor and broken blinds and the never fixed it. It looked terrible on the front windows. The Poor maintenance guy is the only one on staff and has to fix everything! The front desk was so unresponsive. Have the time I would go to get a package that was delivered and they would be closed. They made there own hours. Would rarely hear back or get updates on maitnece. Would take off work and then nothing!!! You can hear your neighbors. Everything from their conversations to the washer and dryer. For that price I should have a little more quiet. The good is they do spend time making sure the outside stays clean and I never saw a single bug. But for the price they charge I should have had much better service. We ended having to leave a month early because of my job and moving out of state. They still wanted to charge a fee and we forfeited our deposit to get out. That place is not worth the money at all!!! Get a cheaper apartment somewhere else. Trust me it's not worth it. Also contacted corporate multiple times about issues and never heard from them. If you choose this place. I hope you have a better experience and enjoy the sounds of your neighbors washer and dryer.
