The dishwasher had to be replaced the first week. Refrigerator is old &Leaks water constantly.

They work with you in times of need if you are unable to pay your rent on time. They also respond promptly whe Read Moren there is a maintenance issue. Nice place to live as well. Very quiet and peaceful.

Everyone was very concerned with their tenants. We were military which means the army does nothing like the n Read Moreormal world does. They worked with us when we moved in and when we moved out with the short notice the military gave us. We were not the only military family either. Very military friendly! Everyone from the manager to the maintenance workers were friendly and helpful.

Apartments At Iron Ridge Resident
Upon moving out we were charged for the screen in the window that the neighbors cat had scratched holes in. W Read Moree do not have cats, we had told the office that it was occuring, they did not seem to care until we were moving out and had to pay $100's of dollars for damage someone else's cat had done to the exterior of the screen.
