Walnut Grove Townhomes

I WAS a potential resident for their townhomes. Everything seemed to be aligning perfectly until almost a week and a half later I had not heard anything back from this property after giving my application deposit and ALL other documents that were required of me. It took me 3 tries to get in contact with the office. The woman I spoke to on the phone said that I had not given them any of the documents required and that my application was canceled. She then offered to check her deleted emails to find my documents and application and told me that I would be required to reapply and pay the same fee as before. I have email proof of me sending the documents. The most frustrating part was that this was the same woman who gave me and my family a tour and assisted us in the application process IN PERSON where most documents were given. My documents are now mysteriously missing and I would have to restart the process all over again in order to apply. I didnt even recieve an apology nor a sympathetic tone from this office and would give 1 star for the level of unprofessionalism. Aside from that, Ive viewed many reviews of this property and it seems as though I dodged a bullet..just lost some money in the process.

Pure horror, the manager is very unrelatable

I have been dealing with the same leak in my basement since May 2018. All they do to fix the leak is put more dirt outside. That really makes sense because dirt stops water from coming inside (insert sarcasm). Fix my leak that I've had for 6 months and I can give you 5 stars. This is literally the only issue I have, but it's a shame I've had the same issue for 6 months.

The staff are very nasty. They don't know how to talk to people. I'm happy that we have new management know. Hopefully it will get better.

Walnut Grove Townhomes have serious maintenance issues. They don't respect their tenants, always lie to the tenants when they don't show up for the maintenance services, and their staff including the manager are extremely rude. They charge you a lot of money for not cutting your grass every single week and when they make a mistake and charge you twice for the same month, THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN GET OUT OF IT! You'll receive a letter from the leasing office everyday about something you did wring!
