I would like a better playground for the kids. Parking is also a headache. I should not have to park on the st Read Morereet if I pay rent. Maybe each apartment should have assigned parking for atleast one car.

I've had mgmt come to my apartment twice within the last six months to access what repair needed to be done. Read MoreThey've written them down, and I assumed that the repair orders were being placed. After months of waiting, I finally stopped one of the maintenance workers named Richardson and asked him, "what is the problem?" He informed me that I had to go to the rental office and make the repair request. I appreciate is professionalism and courtesy in directing me, yet I can't help but feel that this information should have been given to me at the time that the assessments were being done in my apartment. Other than the issue of the aging infostructure of the apartments, the complexs' outward appearance and appeal is remarkably well. Management in the few times that we have interacted with each other, displays a very high level of professionalism. My only complaint with them is that I was quoted a monthly rental price of 1047 (in writing) to move in, and when I signed the contract is read 1074. Yes, I missed the switch and had moved in by the time I caught it. When I brought it to management's attention, I was told that it was too late to change. That to me is unfair business practice. But, what am I to do? I've got a fixed income and children to take care of. That 27 dollar difference really hurts when my income is fixed.
