This place is unfit for most senior citizens.There isn't any on-site emergency assistance 24 hours a day. And it does not have adequate lighting in the parking lot nor is there any security patrolling the property many residents have had their cars vandalized or stolen almost every other week. Management constantly dismissed or down play many concerns related to our safety of the residents vehicles on property. And to insult to injury they plan us when someone breaks in or steal our cars.How are we at fault for the thefts and vandalism of our property on their premises.

I am writing this review because I felt like the front office did not believe anything I was trying to do. They gave no tour of the property, they told me I nether needed to go on the wait list when I was already on the waitlist and invited to come and submit a application. The process never got started and the office staff left a poor taste in my mouth. Why is it so hard to believe me. Never again

I am writing this review on behalf of Mary, Tyesha, and Sheena at the Woodside Village Apartments.. These three young ladies are very pleasant and gifted in their position. They returned calls promptly and made you feel right at home. Our tour was well done. They answered all of our questions. The building is immaculate and the staff including the housekeeping keep the building very clean. If I needed a minor issue addressed they sent the appropriate person that could help me immediately. The apartment is very quiet. I am extremely happy that we chose this senior living apartment complex to live in. Being safe and living in a clean environment are priority. Many thanks to Sheena, Mary, and Tyesha for their expertise. We need more intelligent, committed, and dedicated people who operate in such a professional manner as these three staff members. Thank you for providing us with such a rewarding experience. If I were to rate them 1-10 and 1 being the lowest, each one of them would get a 10!!! Continue to make seniors smile when looking for an alternative place to reside. J. Cox
