All the building and units on the property is infested with centipedes. For the pass 4 weeks the pest control came out on Friday to spray and by Tuesday the centipedes returns...so over it!! I lived in germantown my whole life and never had to deal with this...

The apartment homes are very nice with a few changes I would make. The staff and maintenance is always willing to help if you have any questions or concerns and to work with you.
