This place is a nightmare. They didn't spray for bugs from the beginning of the pandemic, until August. 6 months without pest control. There are roaches crawling in the hallways, and will literally run to your door to get in if you open it. You have to have a napkin or tissue when you do open the front door to kill whatever is on the door trying to get it. They crawl through the vents, in the front and patio doors. They're literally everywhere. They can get in your refrigerator, in cabinets, in all appliances. We've also had an on-going problem with the resident above us causing a continuous leak in our bathroom. There's always a water spot and mold. Maintenance comes to fix it and within a month, it's messed up again. DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. I'm getting in touch with corporate. This is no way for someone to live, even on a fixed budget.

I moved here 2018, I had a rough transition. The staff here has taken care of the things they could. Everything here isnt perfect, but the staff is trying to make some changes. I think the residents needs to do our part. I see dogs owners not cleaning up after thier pets. The trash is not being put in the dumpsters, its place outside of the dumpster (before theyre full) It was about six people at the community meeting, if we come together and do our part things can improve for all of us. If we want our community to get better we need to work with staff, come out to the meeting and let your voice be heard.

I am a future tenant of this apartment complex. So far nothing but good impressions

I moved in here on 11/116/18. On the 21st I turned on the stove for the first time to prepare my Thanksgiving dinner. My stove started smoking, I didn't know if it was on fire or what, so I called the department. They took the stove out of the unit. Management put me I need a hotel for 3 nights and said I would have a stove by Tuesday 11/26 it's now 12/3 and I still don't have a stove. I was told I left something in the stove, which I know I didn't. On Friday they offered me stove our of another apartment, I had to go out so I told Josephine I would call her when I get back, she said okay no worries, but when I return home no one answered the phone. Behind the stove was so filthy and nasty. I called them to tell them I now see roaches. They said someone clean, my place, I had to clean all my appliances,This place is not worth the money. You can't walk on the grass, it's dog .poop all over the place. I have to stay here until lease is up. You don't want to move here, it was dead bugs in my light fixtures. I wish I had read some of the reviews that I seen since being here.

I lived there for 2 years. They come in un announced and the living conditions are horrible. My neighbors were all illegal and would use their kids papers. Drug dealers and addicts. Roaches and mice. I tried to break my lease. Every day for 2 weeks I went by the office to terminate my lease. They wouldn't even be there or close early. Moving van came to pack me up they called the police on me for stealing my own stuff. Charged me two months in rent after I left. I have time stamped paperwork that gives them my 30 day notice and I paid for a month I didn't live there just to make sure. I have plenty of witnesses and they have a whole lot of illegal stuff going on there.. I left and didn't turn my BGE off for 5 days and they ran up my bill for 700 dollars!!! For 5 days! Do Not Live Here!!!!
