Don't rent here, maintenance is awful, they don't fix anything. Have to flush my toilet 3 times, bathtub is Read More clogged, fridge is beat up and overfreezes. Washer and dryer do not work and are very, very old. Have previous tenants carpet, so you don't get new carpet when you move in. Nothing gets fixed because ALL bills are on you, so if you have leaking faucets...oh well you have to deal with it and expect your water bill higher. Management does not follow up on maintenance tickets so workers close tickets stating they have fixed issues but since Manager does not follow up tickets will get closed.

- Ridiculous move in charges. Had agreement with leasing office that my lease would start Aug 1 but I wouldn't Read More move in till Aug 7. Leasing Office requested my apt not be ready until that date as there were a lot of move ins and they needed additional time to clean the apt. Since it fit my schedule I agreed. Then I was charged a vacancy fee and electrical fees for the time I wasn't there. I asked for a meeting with a manager repeatedly for weeks regarding this issue and NEVER got a response.
