ZERO STARS ! ZERO STARS ! ZERO STARS ! ZERO STARS !Where do I start .. The managerment & office staff was the Read Moreabsolute WORST people to deal with when it comes to dealing with your living arrangements. I had roaches in my unit ( Starwood Apt A ) sorry for whomever is taking over this unit .. i asked several times for it to be taken care of and the first three times I was told it was taken care of when NO ONE even entered in my unit. When I finally was able to talk to the manager I had to threaten to call the health department & her response was would you like me to give you the number oh how cute of you ... Now im all moved out & im being charged for turning in my keys a few days early and a $600 charge for a stain in the carpet .. ridiculousOh theres more , i had a package delivered days after hanging over my keys and not only did it take days to get them to answer the phones but when I finally did they basically told me they couldnt help me & to hope the new resident would be kind enough to drop it off. I was told it was your job to make sure all of your mail was forwarded which i did but clearly im human & so is the postal office & things happen. I am not a person to write negative reviews because honestly sometimes people dont mesh well but these people.. clearly they dont like someone asking to remove pest from the place you lay your head .. God forbid you make them ACTUALLY do their job. Dont live here ! Way better places with way more decent people!

My apartment had black mold under kitchen and bathroom floors. When I contacted the office about replacing my Read Morefloor the maintenance msn tried to put the be floor over the existing black mold. I couldn't believe the complex didn't care about the well being of its tenants.

I would have rated them excellent but there was a week in the summer that we had no water for three days in a Read Morerow.

During my stay at this location, it was the hottest summer on a long time with 41 days of above 90 degrees. I Read More approached the company in April of that year with concerns about my AC unit. They dispatched someone to "charge" it. This did not correct the issue. I made 12 calls to the office over the next 4 months complaining about the lack of air conditioning in the unit. Each time they dispatched a person to "charge" or "look at the unit". No correction were ever made.

My heat/air conditioner never worked in the two years I lived there, the cabinet door would fall off in pieces Read More and they would just glue it back together, the bathroom was disgusting. They did have bed bugs and did to a great job getting rid of them. The people in the office would loose stuff all the time, I gave them my notice 3 separate times way before it was time for me to move out and they still tried to charge me luckily I had copies and made her sign it acknowledging I gave it to them.
