We have lived here almost three years and absolutely LOVE IT. The staff are attentive and price CANNOT be beat. The location is SAFE, well-lit, and the grounds are kept very neat. Requests for service are answered in less than 24 hours. I know when maintenance comes into my home my belongings are safe. We can pay our rent online, It is so convenient. Residents can submit maintenance requests through the resident portal. They send a text/email when I have a package waiting. Our appliances have held up well. The building is made well; we don't feel like we are living in a cheaply made facade. We have not had any issues with bugs/cockroaches, or excessive noise. We are more likely to hear the neighbors as they move through the halls than to hear them through the walls. Storage in the apartment is above average. There is also on-site storage rental available. We were able to utilize the laundry room space for more storage. The shelving above the washer and dryer are very helpful and we added a bookshelf. This apartment has more storage space than any apartment I've lived in- large closets in each bedroom. We LOVE the pool and the gym. The gym has really nice equipment and is always clean. We utilize the pool-side eating area and use the gas grill. The bathrooms are always clean and have showers. If there is one negative -- We have had challenges with the window screens. There is a small gap between the screen and the frame, which allows some flies during the summer. We bought special tape at home depot that sealed it off. This is a design flaw by builder, and something that maintenance also expresses frustration with. Overall, I would suggest this property to anyone looking for a great neighborhood and a great support staff on-site.
