This is a good apartment complex for small families. It is missing some conveniences that would be helpful like a hose at the sink or a microwave. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is very fast and efficient. They normally get non-emergent items repaired within 24-48 hours. It is located a few blocks from a major hospital so there is slight noise issue, but it is easy to tune out after awhile.

It's a wonderful place to live! I can't say enough kind things about these apartments. The neighbors are awesome, the office staff is oustanding, and the apartments themselves are excellent!
