I had a tour all set up and confirmed but when I arrived at the property, the leasing office was closed and had a Sorry we missed you, we will return at 9 am sign on the door; my appointment was for 1pm. Granted I got to the leasing office a few minutes after 1 because there werent enough clear signs leading me to the office so I passed by it twice! I called them a couple of times while standing out front of the office and left voicemails but to no avail! I even called after I left and never heard back from them. The woman I initially spoke with was professional and nice and was able to set up my appointment for the apartment, but unfortunately I was never able to see it!

The office staff was great,maintenance was ok. When our lease was up we were supposed to pay prorated rent, but to our surprise the full rent was due and then some late charges and court cost. That experience still haunts us to this day.and on our credit report..The mice is included with the rent we was not inform of that..The neighbors up/down where from some other planet ,circus music all day,kids running around over our head ,trash in hallway,where their lazy parent's allowed the kids to take out the trash..oh yeah parking?park at your own risk, u will be towed if u r on the yellow line..was told each unit will have a parking pass,no pass.It seems like ever unit had 2-3 cars or work truck..

If I could give this property a ZERO, I would! Worst experience I've ever had. BED BUGS, MICE, COCKROACHES! My roommate and I had to take them to court. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to move here. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Upon move in notice tht the community is infested with mice and staff can't do anything about it. So you basically have to live with these rodents and deal with it. Maintance is poor, don't fix thing properly. Property mgr does not return residents phone calls at all.

The property is ok, the walls are paper thin, the residents don't seem to care about the property. The maintenance team is great, they're always on top of things.

They don't respond to certain work orders that are requested. I've put a work order in at least four times and each time it was cancelled and they never showed.
