I have lived here for 8 years, the management staff is always friendly and helpful. If you have an emergency situation maintenance arrives very quick. Non emergency maintenance they arrive within hours. It is a very quite neighborhood and you feel safe even walking at night.

Its fair and convenient. To many non residents park their cars and leave it there taking up the space for actual visitors of the residents. many residents take up to 4 parking spots because more that 2 people own vehicles. there should be a limit.

It's a nice place to live. Decent, good location, clean environment and friendly management. Only things is the high cost of apartments compare to other communities but you will get all you paid for.

Very nice community but hope that you are not a non-smoker and have weed and cigarette smokers living next to you. Units are poorly built in that regard.
