I've been a resident at Franklin Park for one year now and it's been such a pleasure. I really love the renova Read Moretions and community is beautiful. My neighbors are friendly and having the convenience of the Metro nearby is even better since I don't drive I am able to commute to school and around town. Im a student at Howard University and I'm glad I decided to reside here, it sure does beat on campus living.

My family and I have been residents at Franklin park for 2 years now and we love it. Recently Jocelyn assisted Read More us with a transfer to a bigger floorplan and thus far we are loving our new home.

Franklin Park is amazing! The staff in the resident services office is always helpful, especially Jocelyn. For Read More the past two years she has assisted me with my lease renewals and other concerns I had.

I have been living in this complex for almost 6years.Roaches, mice,rats are too much. Never felt my AC during Read Moresummer time seem like heat. Also some of office staffs are so rude very rude..and a lot of lies. Especially when you complain about something you become their are enemies and they treat you differently especially mrs Donna.i feel a lot of discrimination. I referred 3 people here who was also disappointed.

So I've had two lock outs, two toilet clogs, one door knob replaced and my ac fixed. Phil, the service manager Read More as well as three other maintenance mwn that I've encountered have been absolutely fast, diligent and polite with my maintenance requests. Just thought I'd mention it.
