    Apartments are decent, very small, no storage space but still cute and cozy. They keep it clean on the premises and it isnt too much traffic or noise around the vicinity. My ceiling has some rain damage but thats an easy fix. My biggest concern is that every few months I deal with a mouse infestation. I honestly feel as though the leasing office doesnt take it serious. Its disgusting having to deal with it. Its the only reason I dont see myself renewing my lease because I am truly fed up with stressing about it.

    It was a nice area and the staff were helpful and courteous. However some of my neighbors were rude and loud.

    I was not totally satisfied with the space provided. I had to rent a storage area to keep a lot of my clothes in. Closet space was extremely small.

    Staff is not the friendliest, complaints unaddressed (only one laundry room on premises, trash dumpsters unsightly).
