Rosewood Village

Yeah I'm prosper I just move into this beautiful apartment it's a very nice apartment the size and the layouts is very very nice he must be a little bit pricey but compared to the environment of today is not bad at all so far made a week so far and is very peaceful a lot of parking space and you don't hear any noise so far even though I was worried about dogs and the rest but I don't hear any dog biting and I don't hear any children making noise around so far American mind this apartment as one of the best apartments in Hagerstown so everybody needs to check it out it's a nice apartment and the stars are nice too so I wish to stay and see how it goes so far I've just made a week but I love you so far it's a nice apartment he could be pricey but it's okay we will manage it so look into it thanks

Unbelievably unprofessional! Poor communication. Shoddy business.

With the 2200 square feet townhome, please be aware of the additional fees, i.e., $110.00 per month added to monthly rent for water, sewage, and trash. If you do not own a washer and dryer and want the property to install them, you will have to pay an additional $50.00 per month for the remainder of your lease be it 1 year or 5+ years!!! You may or may not have a garage door opener! The electric runs around $200+ per month, temp set at 68 degrees on cold months. PLEASE try to tour the unit BEFORE you sign the lease! I have ALL old, outdated appliances, cabinetry, and cracked/chipped ceramic countertops and floors, light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc., which throws off my aesthetic for the luxury/glamorous look I was going for! Overall, its EXTREMELY quiet and itll do for one or two years!

I do not recommend this apartment complex.
