This place should be condemned! Roaches are everywhere. They were climbing up my grandchild's highchair, on their beds, in the diaper bag and my daughter kept the place clean. She found them everywhere. She had to call constantly for them to spray which did no good. You could smell pot coming through the vents, and this was prior to it being legal. A dealer lived next door and I think he let everyone sample the product in his apartment. They didn't fix things, and did not paint prior to them moving in. I refused to visit after I was feeding my grandchild and a roach walked across his highchild. Her father and I even sprayed for place at our expense. IT IS A DUMP. I wouldn't want a homeless person to live there

Good If youre desperate for a place to stay. Terrible roach infestation. Roaches in the laundry room. Roaches in the light fixture in the hallway. Appliances outdated. They paint over everything instead of repairing it. Rooms are tiny. Poor/last minute communication from rent office about parking changes. Limited parking.

I left a message on Saturday. Did not expect anything from them till Monday. Monday morning I found a response from them. Sounds like a great place. Got the information I need to get started. We'll see where it goes from here.
