The staff members are very helpful. The community is convenient to local stores and it has that tight knit community feel. The kids love having so many friends living in the same neighborhood. The elementary school district is great. We love living just a short walk to the local libary and school. Brandi R

Selford Townhomes is a wonderful place to live. We enjoy the quiet, country like living conveniently located near the main interstates, libraries and towns.The grounds are well kept, and the staff is friendly and helpful.The maintenance crew is fantastic and quick to respond to any repair issues. We love the spaciousness of the townhome itself with enough room to fit larger furniture items. I would recommend these townhomes to anyone who is looking for a really nice place to live. Nancy A.

Selford Townhomes is a very nice community. Management and maintenance are always courteous and respond to issues in a timely manner. The amenities and features of the townhome are great. I'm am very pleased and would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone interested.
