The community has great maintenance team. The leasing office has some great staff members. However, the manage Read Morer and one other person are way over their heads. They like to throw themselves over the residents other than them doing the jobs they are employed to do. They seem to assume that they are the only two important people in the community while everyone else is invisible. The annual increase in rent has almost doubled since the new manager came on board. It used to be $35 now it is $55. They have not added any new services to justify the huge rate increase.During the warm months be prepared to have a number of people offering 'lower' electric bill as late as 8.30 pm. 2 to 3 come by knocking the door so loudly almost daily. They have no courtesy. Once you open the door, they want your Pepco account number etc They are rude and disrespectful. I am not sure why the leasing office allows this nuisance in the community. I am not sure if they have some kind of agreement with them?

I give average 1. Great location for shopping grocery's and mall right there. 2. Public transportation is grea Read Moret. Subway and bus transportation is great. 3. When we complained of the noise with the neighbors above us management responded poorly in settling the noise issue. It still exist with no mediation

Having been a resident for over twenty-six years, I've found that the amenities have been reduced a great deal Read More. The most recent being the elimination of the swimming pool without notification to residents. There was a time when one could get light bulbs, venition blinds cleaned and/or replaced, touch up paint, etc. but that is no more. Communication between the front office and residents is almost non existence since the complex has been under reconstruction. What does the future hold for us?
