We lived at Highview apts for many years me and my wife never had any problems repairs always done same day next day the most neighbors are also friendly we liked here so we do recommended this property

I have been living at Highview Terrace apartments for seven years now, and can comfortably say it's the best place i've lived since becoming a renter. So If your looking for a quiet place, that is close to shopping and public transportation. This is it. But the best part of living here is the clean buildings, animals like deer and foxes, nice little brook running in the back and friendly staff. I was looking to upgrade my apartments and was willing to wait for an availability (that's how much I love this place). Wish they came rent to own :).

I have been living here for many years and I LOVE it. The office staff are professional. The maintenance staff are correct on repairs and very professional. The landscaping is always up to par. The area is safe and we have good neighbors and I have met a lot of friends here. if you need anything repaired in your apartment home, it is done the same day and it is professional repaired. Mr. Hameed and Mrs. Wood are the best in assisting you in any matter that you have as a resident. To me and for me this is the BEST apartment home that I have ever lived in and I am not moving until the bricks fall out of the buildings. LOL!!!!

I have lived at Highview Terrace for over 4 years and if your looking for a semi quiet community, with friendly management and maintenance staff, spacious apartments, close to shopping and transportation, then this is the place.

I love the location, Maintenance, Assistant to the Property Manager, Events wish they had more, I would just wish we could get more for our buck the rent goes up every year but no added amentities, the Property Manager is not my Best Friend but if his team is great he must be a great leader just need to work on people social skills it would be great.
