If you care about your health and comfort, DO NOT move here. A week after moving in here (upgraded unit so better unit) everything started falling apart. That goes for door knobs, Rods in the bathroom, fridge etc. We have a huge rodent issue and they dont care to fix it. There are mice all up and through this apartment. My AC has not worked since I moved in 9/1/2019 and they have yet to fix it. They moved our mailboxes and didnt notify anyone, no one had access to their mail for about 3 weeks. Which led to my roommate losing her paycheck and they refused to reach to the post office. My lease is almost up and I am literally praying that I can make it through the last few weeks. Ive already made two reviews but this is my third one to really emphasize why no one should not live here. Its awful. More than words can describe.

When I first visited the property I was shown one of the renovated apartments and I was assured that my apartment would look very similar to that, however when I was given my keys I found that Quest Management pulled the old bait and switchthe appliances were old, and some showed considerable wear and tear. The carpet showed signs of previous water damage and there were several unsealed holes in the walls and baseboards. About month into my lease, my A/C unit stopped working and it took four months for them to repair it. Maintenance brought in a window A/C unit, but it was poorly installed which allowed several insects to enter my home. I had to buy a can of Raid to spray around the windows and the A/C unit the alternative would have been surviving the summer with NO A/C. I have had issues with pests since day one. I woke up one morning to find my kitchen floor covered in maggots. I later learned that the maggots were the result of flies that had gotten into my apartment and died, but when I voiced my concerns to management they put me on the pest control rotation schedulewhich took care of the maggots, but not the flies which entered my apartment regularly through the kitchen windows (because the screens were broken). This place is infested with mice, you can hear them in the walls, and they used my stove to gain access to the countertops leaving their droppings behind. I went on a weekend trip and when I returned the top of the stove was covered in mouse droppings! At the start of July, I noticed that there was a leak coming from my living room ceiling. Maintenance fixed the issue and the leaking stopped for about a day, only to start up again even worse than before. I put in five different work requests, and it wasnt until my ceiling fell in AND I emailed the Regional Manager of Quest Management that anything was done about the problem and then it took even longer for management to send a contractor in to fix the damage to my ceiling!

They told us the apartment was move-in ready which we soon after found out it wasn't. No one went through a full walk through inspection or provided the form they claimed we would have gotten before move in, as stated on the lease. My toilet didn't flush, the fridge didn't work at all and made this loud clicking sound, the sink had standing water, the washer didn't work, the place stunk of cigarette smoke, one of the closet doors in my room almost fell on me when I tried to open it, the paint on the door was peeling and the lock that you open to enter the apartment is loose. Now before I go any further I'm in my first trimester of pregnancy, a very crucial time and my doctor has told me on numerous occasions that I should avoid very stressful situations and this has been beyond stressful. What if I hadn't moved out of the way in time and the closet door did fall on me?? When I tell you that literally there is multiple things broken in EVERY SINGLE ROOM, I mean it. My roommate tried doing laundry the other day after they claimed they "fixed" the washer and the sink and dishwasher flooded over. The water leaked all the way down into the ladies apartment below us, and she told us that this has happened before, meaning there is probably MOLD especially seeing as though the air was also hard to breathe after the incident. I've recorded and taken evidence of EVERYTHING and Best believe that if something happens to my baby I will be SUING! .....Also my toilet STILL doesn't flush.

This development has seen three different management companies over the past 3-4 years. The quality of service with all companies has been poor. There is a lack of concern for conditions that made being in your apartment unbearable. The maintenance crew is not trained to perform in the capacity that has been needed for my maintenance issues. Also, for anyone who is not a fan of mice I would suggest seeking residence elsewhere. The leasing office is aware of this problem; however, there is no effective remedy for this problem. I'm so glad to be leaving this company and their pest problem behind.

I lived here for a long time and I had no problems what so ever the staff are super respectful very nice and professional service with repairs and the units are well taken care of when need. Everyone is friendly including the agents and they all treat you like family. A nice place to live fun, clean and safe it's what anyone would want is a great place to stay. I'm very happy here. Thanks to the staff of Landmark Apartments.

I am a current resident of Landmark Apartments, formerly known as Cypress Creek. When I first moved in a few years ago there where a lot of things that was wrong with my apartment that I could not get fix with Cypress Creek!! Since Landmarks has taken over I have no problems at all with getting things fixed in my apartment. I talk to Jameka in the maintenance office who is very helpful with getting things done very quickly!! Since Jameka has taken her position in the maintenance office she is on top of getting things done in a timely manner. Jameka has also gives me a call back to make sure that I am happy with the work that maintenance has done in my apartment. I love talking to Myrna in the front office. Myrna is always there ready to help with anything that I need!! I like it that Myrna knows all of her residents by there names. If she has another resident in the office she will tell you to give her a minute an she will be right with you. Myrna is very nice, helpful and pleasant all the time. I love living at Landmark Apartments!!!

Pet Policy: $35 pet rent. Restrictions: Landmark is a pet friendly community. We currently accept a maximum of 2 cats or 1 dog with the exception of the following breeds: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed. Maximum weight is 25 lbs. at maturity. A signed pet addendum is required at the time of move-in.
