    I've been resident since July 2013 and prior to November 2016, I would have rated this place EXCELLENT on every level other than parking. I've downgraded my experience due to new tenants above me, disturbing my living experience without resolution!

    I would not recommend this apartment complex. Upon leaving the complex, the rental office replaced the entire apartment's flooring (carpet) from 2 stains in the living room, the dish washer had complications so it was not usable during our year stay, and rent is too expensive due to the company deciding to update the appearance of the apartment . Also, we were not informed that the 1st month's gas bill would tacked on as the last month's payment and there was limited parking daily.

    As a resident that pays $1650 a month it's sad that I come in every nite because I work 3pm/11pm without parking for me as a resident. By the time I get back home visitors have taken all the spaces and I will be driving around looking for parking sometimes I won't see. I just think there should be particular spots for visitors and when the spots is full they should be the ones looking for where to park not a resident. I have to go through this every nite.

    What makes this place great is the MANAGEMENT. If something breaks, it is fixed. The grounds are always immaculate. The office staffs are very professional and know what they are doing. There is nowhere else in town you can live that offers all that Chesapeake Landing does at Maintenance responds quickly at request. The apartments are a great size.
