Before renting here please be aware there is an issue with MICE which is why you see nothing but cats all over the property. Raccoons break in htru the roof and roam thru the walls. The roof needs to be replaced, but that will never happen. The appliances are ancient, the flooring is HORRIBLE which why mice and roaches and god knows what else. Maintenence is only allowed to do so much because if they really try to better the apartments they get terminated. Management is only here when contractors are here which is rare. The water getsn shut off constantly without notice. Washer and Dryers are soo tiny you can only do small loads, I would recommend the 24hr facility beside the gas station on Annapolis Rd. The complex is pretty quiet during the day and night but the surrounding crime is terrible. If the apartments were fixed and updated this place wouldnt be soo bad to live for what you pay in rent.

To be honest its been great living here, I have a piece of mine and when things need to get done there is no problem , our property manger lead the charge. We have the best maintenance person around here always on top of his job, I'm happy to have him.

The noise at late hours isn't too and unbearable. I am kids are still running and knowing fully well that people have to get up go to work the next. Loud music late at night. I had called police several times and they told your property manager should solve that problem. Rat all over the house. In short is life I'm leaving in the forest. My gas cooker is old and dirty. I need new modern cooker.Window screen all fallen off. They will never order any new. Kept replacing old stuff. Right now If they they repaint the building then the environment will look clean and attractive. Emergency response is another big issue. Hiring more workers will solve a whole lot of issues..In all and all they should conduct monthly or quarterly inspection thereby knowing what the tenants are facing.

Good location with spacious apartments - can't find many 3 bedrooms elsewhere
