Avalon Russett is very convenient to great shopping centers and is a peaceful community. It is very beautiful and take pride and keeping up the grounds. Met friendly people and is so calm, you will simply fall in love with this area and anyone looking for a change from a congestive environment, I recommend theyliving in Avalon Russett.

Nice apartment layout, some recent upgrades. The apartment was somewhat dirty on move-in. There have been an unusual number of issues with the new apartment: water heater pilot light went out, gas stove would not light, dryer vented into apartment, dishwasher leaked. The maintenance people have responded quickly so far to these issues.

The management staff has been nothing but professional. Every time I walk in the office I am greeted with smiles. My town home is wonderful and I love the laurel community.
