Quiet, great space for the cost, little to no issues in the apartment, great and friendly staff, nothing to complain about surprisingly

If you are retirement age or disabled, DON'T MOVE HERE!! The office staff and particularly the management company are NOT age- or disability-friendly. We recently needed assistance with getting out of our apartment for a mandatory bug spraying, and when they found out that both my husband and I are seriously mobility-impaired, we ended up being told that our lease would not be renewed! Essentially we were thrown out of our apartment because we are over 60 and can't walk. The apartments are nice, the rooms are large and airy (except for the very tiny bathroom), the maintenance staff is always respectful and nice, and the grounds are well cared for. It's the staff and management company's attitude towards elder and/or disabled tenants that is unfair.

The building where I live (inside) I think should be cleaned much better than they are...for example the floors are mopped over top of dirt it just looks terrible...I'm just speaking for the building I live in not sure how the others are....for the rent I pay I think it should be done alittle better..my personal opion

It's a nice apartment. But they just need to upgrade .

There should be improvement in staff- resident communication. The staff do not have good customer service relationship. Also, they do not respond to maintenance repairs on time. Some people do park at another person's parking space. Someone parked at my assigned parking space one day and i tried to explain to the person but he was insulting me. Also, Someone use his/her car to hit my car while my car was parked in my assigned space and the person ran away without leaving no information.
