overall satisfied, the price is affordable, the office staff is responsive, the amenities are good for the price, my only issue is that neighbors can be loud sometimes

I've lived here for a little over a year and have had a very pleasant experience. The staff here is wonderful and very helpful from the beginning until now. I have had no problems getting maintenance whenever I needed it. They have even been prompt with that. The apt itself is fairly spacious and has very nice stainless steel appliances.The only negative is the fact that the apartments do not have a washer/dryer inside but there is an onsite the laundry building.

It would be better if a washer and dryer were included. Although there is concierge laundry, it is very difficult to get on the schedule and the two times I did use it, an article of clothing was damaged.
