My family and I lived at the pointe for 2 years and the only reason left was because we purchased our first home. We were sad to leave and have nothing but positive things to say about the home, community & staff-all wonderful! I highly recommend this community!

The Pointe at Harpers Mill has bed bugs and just so you know, youre fully responsible for the bed bugs. They cost almost 2k. And after you pay for the removal of them they come back because they are clearly coming from the apartment complex. This place is nothing but a nightmare, if I could give zero stars I would. Also not only are there bed bugs, but several other bugs that you get to room with!

DO NOT RENT HERE !!!! You are wasting your time if you rent here. They are not worth it.

You get exactly what you pay for month to month, the rent is too high but the way they treat you is like it is section 8 housing. I wish the rent was based on your income and not the area around. Maybe if they treated it based on income then tenants would be able to afford to stay. This is really sad to be paying twice more than my mother and she has a mortgage $1200. They do not cut you a break all they do is take $150.00 off when you renew your lease they can do better than that. It would really help out a lot if they were more concerned about their tenants having a place to live instead of being concerned about the money they can collect from you.

You get what you pay for. It is nothing fancy but was a cheap apartment. Lower ratings for the fleas that were in the carpet when I moved in that had to be exterminated
