Just moved into a studio apartment and was nice and cleaned when I moved in. Few gaps from the wall to the carpets but was fixed right away when I called maintenance before I fully moved in. The application process was straight forward and everything done online and heard back when it was accepted in a timely manner. Been hear for about two weeks now and so far so good :)

A million and one things to turn in for an application, with harsh time constraints otherwise you will lose your money. Dont waste your time.

I have look at many apartments over the passed month, there are many beautiful one out there. I came across Kaywood Garden on the internet and sometimes pictures don't tell the truth. Though luxurious some of these other apartments are, and quite expensive. Kaywood is like a hug you community. Nestle in a very convenient location with near by stores, banks, places to eat. Not far from a remodeled Mall, movie theater, near by Metro rail and close to the District of Columbia. Kaywood Gardens is well groomed, clean, and has a sweet peaceful atmosphere. But most of all economically reasonable. Kaywood Gardens is totally a 5***** STAR.

Lovely apartments, completely cleaned before I moved in, and the nicest staff to help you every step of the way. Im a very happy resident and hope to me for more years to come.
