o not stay here. Has awful cockroaches and mice. I was here from 2017-2018. Complained and they gI've you 5 days notice that will bug bomb the building. Which means cleaning out the entire kitchen, closets, and bathroom. And vacating it for 8 hours in the middle of winter or summer with nowhere for you or your pets to go. And it doesn't work. They bug bombed it once in july, once more in november, and in may of the following year. Still had 4 mice entire the 3rd floor as well as cockroaches.

I have been complaining about the bath tub since day one but the maintenance department is not willing to fix it. First they sent me an email that says the request was completing without fixing it. I thought they really fixed it since I was overseas for a couple of months. When I came back the problem is still there and went to the office to tell them, they apologised but never fixed the problem. Now it is been more than three months since I told them but they are telling me that to wait for

The manager lied to my face about renewal policies, and how much I would be charged, while I had money stolen (unauthorized direct ACH bill) from my account days later, and they did not give back all of it, because the manager's boss said that what the manager told me was wrong, and that he was misinformed. Also, the gym was promised to open in one month after I moved in, but the gym was still not open a year later. Laundry machines never worked, and appliances needed service decades ago.

I appreciate management, the custodial, and the maintenance staff. I think that the apartments should be upgraded considering the increasing price of rent. I also think that community members should have a space to gather outside since this is where we live.

I honestly have no issues with queenstown besides the ROACHES. I have lived here for 2 years and would honestly stay f or another year or two but I can't take anymore roaches. Sorry
