            This new management company Avenue 5 just continues to remove more and more amenities every day. Raising rent as much as 20%.

            Conveniently located outside of D.C. and Northern Virginia. Metro is within walking distance. Grocery store, restaurants options, and health club on site. Residents are friendly, great staff. Units look and feel modern. Beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows.
