Whatever price for rent they quote you , you have to add about $62 to that as you're charged your rent each month as well as an additional fee for water, administrative fee, waste collection and so on. They say they don't raise your "rent" and they don't; but they do raise these additional fees.

We have had to call several times for some repairs, issues. I feel the cost to rent is higher than it should be for what is offered.

The grounds and the staff were very helpful and professional. The size of the apartment was great, more than enough room. The only negative was the kitchen, for it to be considered a luxury apartment, the appliances in every building should have been upgraded.

The apartments are big. There is a storage room which is fantastic if one has a lot of things that need to be stored. The laundry room is great! Big walk in closet. However, the floors are squeaky - one may want to consider a third floor apartment. The apartments are pricey. On a good note, everything is kept very clean. The pool is nice!

When I moved in, the management was wonderful. They were always available for questions and to get packages that are accepted at the office. However, the management changed after about a year and the new people (who switched several times over the course of only a few months) were awful. They were rude, inconsiderate and didn't have concern for the residents at all. The management switched approximately January 2012 and I moved out a couple months later.

The apartment itself was very nice. The rent was fair and comparable to other local apartments. However, over the two years I lived at the complex, there were occasional changes in staffing that resulted in unnecessary nuisances; such as, when the automatic rent payment system was taken offline, I never received notice. The management company attempted to evict me. I was also accused of having a cat (apparently by one of my neighbors) which never actually existed.
