The front desk staffs are very approachable and professional but not when it comes the higher management. The unit was turned over to us with stinky smell inside the apartment and in the common hallway and dusty carpet. We collected 2 containers of dust and fur from the carpet. Due to unsanitary condition of the apartment, I ended up going to the clinic for respiratory issue and stayed on the hotel for couple of days while waiting for the maintenance to respond on the issue because I cannot stay in the apartment due to my condition. But they claimed that they cleaned the apartment before we move in and they said that we cannot terminate the contract just because I have sensitivity to the environment in the apartment. It took them couple of days before they respond to the issue. They asked the maintenance to shampoo the carpet and check the air-conditioning system. They stated that they will give us reimbursement (based on our rental payment) on the days that we stayed on the hotel only if proven that they have lapses on their part. After Couple of weeks of following up, we did not hear anything from them regarding the issue. They keep on saying that they will email or call us regarding the issue but we did not receive any email or call from them.

Its such a pity that the staff dont do the duties as supposed. At move-in, the apartment we requested for wasnt what we got. We raised issues, and for more than 3 months lasting resolutions werent provided. All these makes it difficult to renew lease with your office. My previous rental unit with another company is way better than these your new structures

Moved here in July 2018, this place is the worst place to ever live. Maint is the worst they come fix something to stop you from complaining it breaks todays after. I have never had Roaches, the Roaches take over the house they are everywhere, the people in my apartment building are dirty food in the halls, dogs bark every night all night. I hate it here and soon I will be moving and breaking my lease, the Staff is nice but nothing gets done here but be late on your rent they are calling sending letters and more but don't want to take care of the problems you are having. Please don't consider this place to live.
