As of this date maintence continues to deterioate . The grounds are not maintained regularly, the hallways smells from the carpet not being cleaned,and repairs are started and not completed. The office staff has a high turn over rate partly due to poor training, and weak customer service techniques. and practices. Save your money your frusstrations, rent elsewhere .

This place was once a very nice place to live with supportive professional staff and well kept properties. As of December 2018 the management has changed and this place is awful. The management and staff are unprofessional and clearly do not are about keeping up with the high standards of the previous management. I can not wait for my lease to end.... I can not wait to get out of here.

I lived at Greenwich Place for 4 years. The management staff were always respectful to me as well as the maintenance staff. Pay attention if you are going to use the parking garage, residents frequently block the entrance into the garage with their vehicles to pickup postal mail instead of parking in a nearby parking spot. Driving in the garage is at your own risk due to very little maneuvering space and residents speeding in there.

I really wish I could claim that I "get what I pay for" here at Greenwich Place. I believe that residents are not valued, nor respected. I believe that management feels that they have the right to enter your residence at any time (with or without verbal/written intent). The lease will say that you will receive a written note based on their intent to enter your apartment (expect several per year, ranging from AC/Ventilation cleanings, events with no clear justification, or to search for rodents (read other reviews). Ive had very rude maintenance staff members knock on my door then swiftly and aggressively enter my apartment. I never received a notification of anyone entering my apartment and he did not have a valid reason to be there. I learned very quickly that you must look at the public area carpeting very closely when walking around because pet feces are a common sight throughout the community (inside the building). The management office sends out routine warnings to those that struggle with the concept of cleaning up after their pets, nonetheless feces are commonly seen in the hallways. I was given verbal AND written appointment agreement to include email confirmation to schedule a move in walk-through with a member of management staff. I took the day off of work in order to be home for the appointment. They never called and never showed up. Most residents move out within a year. I have had several new neighbors over the years (on every side). Every resident I've spoken to has never gotten their deposit back (consider that a fee). Submit every single work order you can or expect to pay. Additionally, there was an "isolated incident" involving a resident getting shot on an early Sunday morning by a man that later that day killed two cops. I was bombarded by the media as soon as I stepped out of my apartment (still on the premises and property). If you want to feel "at home" or "valued" or enjoy privacy, or even security, this is not the community for you.

A very nice building that is for the most part quiet. The gym and pool are a nice touch as well. Security for the most part is good as well. You will end up paying for all conveniences because they charge for everything. Extra for trash, pets, parking, etc.

The office staff are excellent! They know who I am and have addressed any issues with my townhouse right away. Lori tackles the hard topics in a manner that is fair yet firm - especially the issue with parking. My townhouse was ready when stated and in move in condition. No complaints thus far!
