I gave it 2 stars because I really like he layout of my 2 bed 1.5 bath. It's a lot of space and I enjoy that very much. However! I have been here for less than 2 weeks and the service and living conditions have been so bad it has lead to literal panic attacks. The maintenance team is very rude, under trained, and unresponsive. They will treat you like you're stupid even though they can't and haven't finished a single ticket yet, despite having completed them online to make it seem like they're doing their jobs. And the leasing office is even worse. There's only one woman there who is of any help at ay time (Thank you so much for your patience, time, and responsiveness Mrs. Hooper) but everyone else is extremely rude and unhelpful. I've had many problems with Mrs. Majure Walker who doesn't listen to concerns and then tries to make you seem like you're the one losing your mind when you try to point out something is wrong with the system or your home. And the ROACHES!!!!! They claimed they sprayed our apartment before we moved in, which was made semi apparent by all of the DEAD bugs that they just left behind for us to find and clean. And we've been fighting them off from the time we wake up to the time we go to sleep, and have been losing sleep because of the constant fear and paranoia that living in a bug infested home leaves you with. We contacted pest control once and they did com out (almost a week later) however there's still roaches everywhere, it almost seems like there's more than before. So we tried contacting them again and put in a ticket and it's been over a week with no response.
