Painters Mill Apartments

The complex is very nice and quiet. Maintenance responds in a timely manner, and the office staff are all very friendly. The apartments are very spacious with huge closets and each apartment has a separate storage closet for no additional cost (it's small, but comes in handy).

The only positive thing about this development is that it is clean and it is quiet the neighbors are nice and friendly. However management is absolutely horrible the apartments are spacious but very much outdated maintenance is not the greatest, management will keep your deposit after moving out and charge you additional fees from furniture friends on the carpet and nickel size holes from floating shelves or any pictures that you might decide to hang even though in the contract it says you are allowed to have holes up to a quarter size if you decide to hang any shelves or pictures, they will charge you late fees with no refunds if you have your rent set on auto pay they do not take out the payment on time each month so you will accumulate late fees that are non-refundable, management is incredibly rude very short-tempered and refuse to be of any assistance this place is run by the worst management team the apartment size the peaceful neighborhood is not worth it every month you will have to complain to management because of the late fees you're being charged for having your rent on auto pay

The apartment is nice, a little outdated but they do keep the complex cleaned and it's pretty quiet, the manager there name Tracy is rude and not professional, I really don't like dealing with here at all.

It's been almost 2 years & I've enjoyed my stay...no issues with rodents...that's a big one for me. The kitchen is a great size but not much cabinet space. I love love love the closet space. I think they need to work on the inside of the buildings like redoing the lighting and flooring but overall it's a nice place to live.

I have really enjoyed my time here. The community is always quiet and away from traffic. Maintenance is very reliable and fast.Apartments have great value when compared to other complexes in the area.

This is an older complex that the management company tries to maintain as best as possible given old equipment. Some units have remodeled kitchens but bathrooms are also sorely needing updating. The dumpster situation especially at the entry is always spilling over trash and garbage. The unit ac equipment is ancient and costly to run.
