When i moved here in 2016 it was great now needs improvment on many things like the place it is a shame it has been let go

Ok place to live as long as you dont need help from office staff. They will do little to nothing to help you,

This place has severely gone down hill. The new owners are horrible and obviously out to make more money. They cut down ALL the flowers, bushes and beautiful healthy blooming trees. When I asked a staff worker why, I was told "to cut costs". Management claims they were dead. Well dead trees and bushes don't bloom so... Also they raised rent , maintenance is a joke. THEY WILL IGNORE YOU. Leasing office has one nice person, Cara. Everyone else will simply put you on hold then you get "disconnected ". I have a cat but STILL SEE MICE. So raise rent for an old building, the scenery is depressing (instead of flowers & trees you now see dumpsters overrun with garbage ) And loud school kids are constantly walking around. I could pay LESS for a newer apt in quieter neighborhood . Moving out asap.

This is a horrible company. Leasing company is out of New Jersey. They do not care about current residents.

Moved in 1/2 years ago and so far very happy with RIDGE GARDENS. Close to everything i need it works out great for me. I woild tell anybody looking for a place to try here
